How to Cancel

To cancel your order, you can:

If Your Item Has Already Been Dispatched

  • Return the item at your own cost (unless free returns were offered).

  • Use a reliable courier and keep proof of return (receipt or tracking).

Note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns without proof.

Refunds

  • If the item has not been dispatched:
    We will refund within 14 days of cancellation.

  • If the item has been returned:
    We will refund within 14 days of receiving the item or receiving proof of postage.

All refunds are issued to your original payment method, with no additional fees.

Important: If the item is used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
